Go get 'em!
I love this. A proposal has been put forth to the town in which Supreme Court Justice David Souter lives seeking to acquire his land through eminent domain in accordance with the recent Supreme Court decsion on the basis that building a hotel there would generate greater tax revenues and economic benefits than its current use. It won't go anywhere, but it makes the necessary point, cleverly.
