It's a little weird to be poking around on Match.com and finding people you know there. Cleveland really is a small, small town. Not that that's a bad thing.

I've obviously decided to enter the internet dating fray. Meeting people in bars is just too . . . whatever; the friends-of-friends thing can get awkward, especially when it doesn't work out; and the speed dating thing was fun for a lark, but didn't result in anything long term. I'm perfectly happy with myself and am comfortable being alone, but it would be really nice to meet the right person.
