If I weren't watching every penny, I'd sign up for Film Movement, a DVD service that delivers a new current indie film to your mailbox each month. It's not all that expensive, just an added expense that I can't justify right now.

I still love Netflix more than a person should love any kind of monthly service. I watched "Igby Goes Down" last night and loved every second of it. Why this movie was not much bigger I'll never understand.

The living room is just about finished. The paint is gorgeous, as is the hardwood that was hidden under the carpet. I still have to buy a rug and put down the new edge strips where the kitchen and bathroom linoleum meet the hardwood and get some things up on the walls, but I'm very, very pleased with the way it has turned out so far.
