Anyone know of a scheme whereby one can live in Canada yet still get paid in U.S. funds? I just booked into one of the nicer hotels in Victoria, Vancouver Island, BC, during the high season, for CA$117, which ends up being about US$76. The Vancouver plane ticket, transport to Victoria, the hotel stay, and the transport to Port Angeles combined is still cheaper than what it would have cost me to fly directly to Seattle, and a bit more scenic to boot.
