I work so much better with my music going. My officemate has been on vacation for the last week, and I’ve been cranking the tunes. The day just seems to go so much faster and I seem to get a lot more done with background music. Today we’ve got some Cure and some REM and some Genesis in the lineup.

My home computer is off at the shop. I’m pretty sure it’s the hard drive that’s gone south, but I would have hated to spend money on a new hard drive then find out that there was a bigger problem than that. So I took it in. Of course my extended warranty expired three weeks ago.

Today is the first sunny day we’ve had since the middle of last week. I don’t know how people in Seattle survive without seeing the sun for days at a time. I was going a bit crazy over the weekend.

We actually had some thunder and lightning a couple of times over the past couple of days. We very rarely get that here.

I got a whole lot of blood sucked out of me on Saturday morning. Now I’m just waiting to hear from my doctor to find out if there’s anything majorly wrong with me.
