Lately I've been delving into other people's weblogs and online journals, and I'm impressed by the variety of expression and how beautiful and intelligent and funny some of the sites are (although generally not all at the same time), and how the different personalities shine through each site. Of those I've had time to look at, the ones I most admire are Bad Hair Days, Leather Egg, Into-Me-See, and Mad in Pursuit.

I spent yesterday morning at the beach, followed by a midday stroll around Waikiki with my cameras. I have so much pent-up creative energy lately that it's starting to erupt in all directions at once. Ceramics is still my main love, but I find myself pulled back into photography again and again -- a little more strongly each time -- and I still have this fascination with mosaic.
